·   Test equipment used: T-Berd, Digital Lightwave, Centest, Fluke, Ameritech, Agilent Tektronix TekRanger OTDR,  and TTC.

·   Central Office, MTSO, cell site and customer premise testing experience.

·   Familiar with most central office and customer premise used manual and power tools.

·   • Experience with the following vendors: Cisco, Brocade, Juniper, Foundry, Nortel, Nokia, and Tektronix.

·   PC with Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Visio, Telecom Business Solutions (TBS) and various software platforms for accessing equipment in the central office environment and remote locations.

·   Ability to train lower level technicians, lead by example and monitor work productivity within a department while providing solutions and processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
